This chapter is a response to the difficult path through depression that led Mokha to accept his own sexuality. It deals with views and practices that are deeply embedded in Congolese society that use ancestral beliefs and biblical interpretations to deny freedom of sexuality and gender. The result is a dance, steps forward in the struggle against homophobia, a sign for LGBT+ people suffering in silence, a spotlight on another taboo topic, a therapeutic intervention, and beginning of a new life.
