In this conversation, artist Lorenzo Sandoval discusses essayistic teaser Aquel verano del 22. Las leyes (The Summer of ’22. The Laws), with Meandering curator Sofia Lemos, and Markus Reymann, co-director of TBA21. Sandoval comments on the different references, voices, and interests that have fed this piece in the process towards the full feature film, currently in development, revolving around the ecological degradation as a consequence of extractivist practices in the coast of the Región de Murcia, in South East Spain.
