Valeria Bottalico Curator
Valeria Bottalico is art historian and philologist, a catalyst for inclusive education, and a designer of participatory action strategies. She specializes in human rights, education, and accessibility. As a leading museum education professional she has over twenty years of experience in designing, facilitating, and project managing innovative and inclusive public programs, educational projects, and participatory community events for museums and cultural organizations.
She is currently Education Manager and Accessibility Program Specialist at Ocean Space (home of TBA21–Academy) in Venice.
She is the creator and curator of Abecedarium: The Ocean in Sign Language, an educational and participatory project with and for deaf people who use Italian sign language.
