Danielle Burrows Researcher
Dani Burrows is a freelance researcher, curator, and strategic advisor whose work most often revolves around food. In collaboration with various stakeholders, including artists and art institutions, she develops and delivers activities internationally, ranging from exhibitions to dinners around the world. Since 2014, she has led Delfina Foundation’s The Politics of Food programme. She co-edited a book with the same title, published in 2019. She currently holds the position of Director of Care for CLIMAVORE, a project by Cooking Sections.
